The Paint Days

The Traditional Paint Forum in association with
the Society for the Protection of Ancient Buildings (SPAB) runs one day technical seminars on Historic Paint Technology.
The aim of the ‘Paint Days’ is to provide anyone with an interest in building conservation or interior decoration with an opportunity to learn the basics about paint and pigments.
An alternative title for the technical seminar is:
‘Everything you want to know about decorative paint but have always felt too embarrassed to ask’.
To date six highly successful SPAB/TPF Technical Paint Days
have been held in London (1998), Newcastle (1999), Bristol (2001), Glasgow (2003), Manchester (2005) and London (2006).
